Oodles of Noodles Time

Inspired By: charmymay - Personally, I LOVE noodles!  Below are some of the ways I grew up loving noodles!

Lola's Version

Yields: 1 serving per package (add more packages if serving to more people)

Preparation Time: 5-10 mins
Cook Time: 5 mins
Total Time: 15 mins

Ingredients
1 pkg of Mr Noodles (Ramen)
1 egg (scrambled)
Handful of broccoli
Handful of frozen mixed vegetables

Preparation Instructions

In boiling water add the seasoning, but don't add the whole package... Lola always said it's too salty for her (^_^)*.  Next add the broccoli.  Then add the noodles.  Then add the frozen vegetables.  Then lastly the scrambled egg.

Now the trick is to let the noodles get over cooked.  That way, all the flavor from the vegetables sets in and tastes AMAZING!

Note:  Rice is ALWAYS a great side mixer!


Indomie (my other favorite)


Yields: 1 serving per package (add more packages if serving to more people)

Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients
1 pkg of Mr Noodles (Ramen)
1 egg (cooked hard-over)

Preparation Instructions
Boil noodles, but don't over cook it.  It's better if it's a little al-dente. (^_^)*  Next drain noodles and then mix in all the seasonings.  Then add egg (cooked hard over... or is it over hard...?) as a topper!

Note:  I always love to eat my indomie with steamed/fried chicken dumplings!  Delicious!
