Ingredients
½ cup water
½ cup soy sauce
4 tbsp lemon
2 tbsp white vinegar
1 576 g can Worthington Vegetable Skallops, drained
1 lrg Spanish onion, cut into rings
Preparation Instructions
Mix first four ingredients in a pot. Marinate skallops in it for 30 minutes. Take out skallops
(save the marinade) and deep fry. Heat marinade and simmer onion in it until half-cooked.
Mix in the deep fried skallops and simmer a little bit more until onion is cooked as desired.
Serve over steamed rice.
