1 340g package Blue Menu Seasoned Ground Soy
1 341ml can No Name Peaches & Cream Whole Kernel Corn
1 398ml can No Name Peas & Carrots
1 cube beef bouillon
Mashed Potatoes
6 cups water
2 cups milk
6 tablespoons margarine
1 389g box No Name Homestyle Mashed Potatoes
Cheese Topper
2 cups shredded Kraft Mozza-Cheddar Cheese

Vegetarian Beef
Saute ground soy, corn, peas & carrots. Add beef bouillon and mix well until dissolved. Place in a 9“x11” baking dish.
Mashed Potatoes
Bring water, milk, and margarine to a boil. Take off heat. Add mashed potatoes and mix well until dissolved. Place on top of ground soy mixture.
Cheese Topper
Top with shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F until cheese is all melted. Serve with gravy or ketchup. Enjoy!
